Register for eFiling with eFileIt
You will be able to start eFiling documents once you have registered for an efiling account.
A Pro-Se Litigant is required by the Hamilton County Local Rules for e-Filing (Part 11) to physically come to the Hamilton County Office of the Juvenile Court Clerk and complete the Notice of Association Form and show a valid ID to identify and confirm your identity for the case you wish to e-File in the appropriate court. Once this is completed, you will be able to e-File documents on the website portal for your case.

** Please be advised that you have 30 days from the date you register your user account to appear in person at the Hamilton County Office of the Juvenile Court Clerk to complete the Notice of Association Form and present your valid ID. If you do not complete your registration within 30 days, your user account will be deactivated and deleted. **
